Schedule:
In this section, you’ll see every session that your participant registration/stakeholder type will allow you to access (see below for details). Your choices are to view by:
- List View– A list of sessions by date and time with color variations denoting tracks. You can scroll down for a continuous view of all sessions or click a day at the top to move to that specific day
- Calendar View – Provides the same information as the Agenda View but in a weekly calendar layout format
- View My Agenda – Displays sessions you’ve clicked + to add to your personal calendar. A great way to get a quick reference of your sessions or to download them to your personal calendar. Please see the “Help Desk” section of the platform website for instructions on adding sessions to your schedule.
- Session Type View – From any session description or using the search bar, click the session type/track (plenary, track number, Live Only, Networking, Sponsor, etc.) to view only sessions of that type. To return to the full agenda, select Agenda under the Schedule menu.
Clicking on a session will allow you to view the presentation (no earlier than the date/time scheduled), and download .pdf copies of the slides for each presentation (if permitted by speakers). You can also view the description, learning objectives and listing of speakers for each session. Within each session, you’ll also get access to the on-demand recording and link to the on-demand CE process once they are made available. Once the session starts, you’ll see a list of other participants and you’ll have the chance to ask questions and network in the chat area.
Notes are also available for each session. Within each session, click the NOTES button and type your notes for that session (a great place to store your CE codes). When the conference ends export your notes for future reference.
Don’t miss the sessions you want to see. Click on the + symbol to add sessions to your personal schedule. You will receive email alerts to remind you when sessions are about to begin, and you can export your agenda to add them to your calendar.

Expo Connect Center:
Exhibitors will have staff in their virtual booths during all breaks and happy hours. In the exhibit booths, you’ll have an opportunity to view company resources and connect for live video discussions with exhibiting company staff using built in Zoom rooms. If the booth representative is not available, you may use the conversation feature to chat with other booth staff, look up staff in the attendee directory to connect later, or leave a virtual business card so they may follow-up with you. Don’t forget to also visit exhibitors at their Vendor Demo, Connection Corner, and Virtual Happy Hour hosted events. See the agenda for details. The exhibit hall will remain open for 60-days to review resources but will not be staffed live by employees.

Networking:
We all know networking is a vital part of attending any conference. Our virtual conference provides several great ways to network with participants, exhibitors, and speakers and it all starts with building out your personal profile. We encourage you to watch the video tour located in the Help Desk menu to learn more about navigating the virtual conference. Networking options include:
- Connection Corners – These are discussion events hosted by exhibiting companies giving you the opportunity to speak with staff and other attendees on a variety of topics.
- Participant Chat – Search for a participant, speaker, or exhibitor by name, send a message, or request a time to meet via live chat. You’ll receive notice in your conference platform inbox when contacted by an attendee. You will also receive an email message to assure you are aware of the message within the virtual platform.
- Public Forums – Have a question you want to share with all attendees? Post it in the Public Forums under the Conversations menu and get feedback from your peers.
- Social Wall – Join the conversation on Twitter by using the hashtag #340bconf and your message will be shown on our social wall. Don’t forget to participate in our Twitter Contest for your chance to win prizes!
- Happy Hours – Connect with other conference attendees and thank our exhibitors and sponsors by attending their afternoon happy hour events! These sessions will be held in Zoom.

On-Demand Sessions:
Sessions that have been recorded will be accessible to you for 60-days post conference in the virtual platform. CE credits for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be available for many of these sessions greatly increasing the number of credits you can claim from just those you attended live. CE Credits:
These continuing education activities for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians have been developed through a joint providership of ProCE, LLC and 340B Health. ProCE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). Participants attending the Pre-Conference Workshops and the 2021 340B Coalition Virtual Summer Conference CPE activities may earn a maximum of 15.35 contact hours of live CPE credit (1.535 CEUs). Note: some of the CPE sessions are being held concurrently. The sessions offering ACPE credit are designated with a UAN (Universal Activity Number) and hours of CPE credit. The release date for these CPE activities is July 20-28, 2021. Conference registration fees cover the cost of CPE credit. Statements of completion will be issued at http://www.ProCE.com upon successful completion of the online CPE activity evaluations. All evaluations for the live activities must be completed no later than September 10, 2021. No partial credit will be given for any individual session. CE Credits will be automatically uploaded to NABP/CPE Monitor upon completion of each session evaluation. NOTE: participants must “claim credit” in the CE Center for CE credits to be reported to CPE Monitor. Conflict of interest disclosures are required of all faculty and shall be provided to all participants at the conference.
NOTE: Many of the virtual/live CE sessions at the 2021 340B Coalition Virtual Summer Conference will also be available as on-demand sessions beginning in late July. Pharmacy CE credit (for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) will be offered for the virtual/live sessions and the on-demand sessions. For each individual session offered, participants may claim CE credit for either the virtual/live session or the on-demand session, but not both. The process for claiming CE credit for the virtual/live sessions is separate from the process for claiming CE credit for the on-demand sessions. For the on-demand sessions, to claim CE credit, please follow the unique hyperlink for each individual session that will be made available after you have viewed the on-demand session. Please contact ProCE at info@ProCE.com with any questions or issues regarding the CE credit process.
A CE booklet for ACPE credits with additional information and space to record codes is provided on the home and FAQ pages of the conference platform. CE booklets to track attendance for ACHE and other types of credits are also available.

Please Support the Coalition Winter Conference Charity:
Each conference we select a local charity to receive the proceeds from our fun walk/run. With the summer conference traditionally being our east coast conference, we have chosen to support the MobileMed, a non-profit that reaches thousands of low-income, uninsured, and Medicaid enrolled residents of Montgomery County, MD through a network of 7 primary care and 2 specialty care clinics located throughout the county. With a mission to improve the health of low-income people who face the greatest barriers to care access we hope you’ll take a moment to contribute if you didn’t during the conference registration process. If you didn’t contribute with your registration we hope you will visit their website and make a contribution today.
