REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We are excited to welcome you back to the National Capital Region for the 340B Coalition Summer Conference!

Please note that conference registration fees include the Main Conference sessions starting at 1:00 PM on July 10 and concluding at 12:00 PM on July 12. Additional pre-conference workshops are scheduled in the morning on July 10, prior to the main conference. Additional fees apply for pre-conference workshops. All vendor demos (covered entities only), networking opportunities and exhibit hall hours on July 10 are open to all attendees. Note: You cannot register for a pre-conference workshop only. You must register for the main conference as well.

All registration and payment forms are run through a secured server to protect your information. Note: Exhibitor attendees will register through this system. Simply choose the Exhibitor option during registration.

Early-bird registration fees expired on June 2, 2023. Standard fees will apply until the final pre-registration deadline cutoff of July 5, 2023. You may still register onsite after this date if space is still available (onsite registration fees will apply).

This 340B Coalition Conference Attendance Justification Booklet is for an employee of an entity, vendor, or other stakeholder looking to justify the benefits of attending the 340B Coalition Conference. The conference is the premier venue on developments and implementation of the federal 340B drug discount program.

Taking place Sunday, July 9 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center, 340B University is an educational program designed to meet the practical needs of 340B Program participants and other program stakeholders. 340B University features a broad range of educational sessions, starting with 340B basics and continuing through program integrity and audits, implementation and policy, pricing calculation and account integrity, and including topics on 340B and Medicaid. Participants learn from 340B subject matter experts and experienced faculty. Continuing education credit is available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. There is no fee to attend this training.
