The 2020 340B Coalition Virtual Summer Conference will have a jam-packed, well-balanced agenda to help you continue your growth as a 340B professional during this critical time in our nation’s history.

By registering today you will be able to take advantage of our new online platform to view and participate in 50 sessions on such key topics as:

  • COVID-19. The pandemic is affecting 340B hospitals, health centers, and clinics in unprecedented ways. Panelists will share their experiences on the front lines of the pandemic, adopting greater use of telemedicine, expanding access beyond the four walls of their institutions, and addressing the racial and ethnic disparities the pandemic has exposed. You can also stay up to date on any changes in 340B oversight due to the pandemic.
  • Compliance. 340B program operations continue to be subject to federal compliance rules. Panelists will discuss such topics as using contract and specialty pharmacies, responding to HRSA audits, avoiding duplicate discounts, navigating Medicaid billing and reimbursement, and completing hospital eligibility and registration processes.
  • Advocacy. Challenges and opportunities for 340B have intensified with legislative and regulatory actions at the federal and state levels. You will receive a complete update and learn about the best ways you can advocate for 340B.
  • Research. The evidence base for the valuable role 340B plays in improving patient care is building. Hear about new research into hospital- and community-based efforts to control chronic diseases and expand health access to underserved populations.

Benefits of a Virtual Conference:

The online, interactive format for the conference provides you with the flexibility you need to safely participate in these learning opportunities amid your busy work schedules. Learn more below and in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). For additional questions, please contact us at events@340bhealth.org .

The conference agenda will occupy easy-to-consume time slots over five days spanning two workweeks. Hear from 90+ speakers in 50 sessions and three pre-conference workshops. Topic experts will be available to answer your questions during the conference.

Most sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot attend live or want to watch sessions that occur at the same time, you can access them on demand for up to three months. You can even watch a session again to be sure you didn’t miss any information. Continuing education credits will be available for on-demand sessions.

Visit our exhibitors to learn about the products and services that can help you comply with all federal requirements for 340B covered entities. Connect live with exhibitors via video during exhibiting hours to get all your questions answered. Sign up to take advantage of pre-set meetings with exhibitors who can help you find the right solutions for your needs. Please take our brief Exhibitor Meet & Greet survey to indicate which specialties are important to you to customize your online experience.

Networking is a big part of why you attend our in-person events and our virtual conference is built to recreate that social interaction. You will have multiple opportunities to network with speakers, fellow 340B professionals, and exhibitors using various methods such as video conferencing, chat functions, forums, and social feeds.

ACPE continuing education credits will be available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. CPE will be offered for both live and on-demand sessions. Total available hours will be announced soon.

We understand that the public health emergency has affected budgets throughout the health care system. By attending the virtual conference, your organization not only will save travel costs but also will receive a 30% discount on registration fees off the in-person rate.
