A: ACPE continuing education credits will be available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Additional information will be available closer to the event date.

American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE) Qualified Education Credit will be offered for the 2023 340B Coalition Winter Conference. While not all sessions quality for credits, most are eligible for ACHE credit. Regardless of Qualified Education Credit pre-approval, all attendees must self-report their attendance for this credit to be applied toward their advancement or recertification as Fellows of ACHE (FACHE).
A: No, the 340B Coalition does not sell registration information to third parties for any of our events. Any emails you receive trying to sell you access to 340B Coalition conference registration lists are fraudulent.  We recommend that you do not respond to these fraudulent emails, simply delete the email.

Some attendee data is shared with exhibitors of the event. For additional information on what data is shared, please see next FAQ about sharing information with exhibitors.
A: The 340B Coalition shares limited attendee registration information with it's exhibitors. This includes name, job title, organization, city and state. This is the same information available to all attendees in the Connect section of the mobile app. Attendees will have the option to add additional contact data in their profile should they choose to.

During registration, attendees will have the option to select whether the 340B Coalition can share additional contact information with exhibitors of the event. If you select yes, you may receive promotional emails from the exhibitors relating to the event. This is optional and you must opt-in.
A: Attendees should review our event policies  for more information about registration and code of conduct requirements.
A. The 340B Coalition Conference uses session tracks to group sessions based on four themes. Track 1 centers on 340B Operations & Compliance topics, Track 2 sessions are Hot Topics right now in the 340B space, Track 3 focuses on Clinical Applications supported by 340B, and Track 4 is for Special Interests for particular audiences.
A. Attendees can absolutely switch session tracks throughout conference! Attendees can attend any session they wish as long as the attendees’ registration stakeholder group can attend based on the session’s restrictions as outlined in the conference agenda.
Session content will cover a variety of 340B topics. Conference sessions will provide insight on recent and anticipated 340B-related developments, guidance on day-to-day operations and compliance issues, and discussions of 340B best practices. The conference will also feature sessions with the latest on 340B activity in Washington, federal courts, and statehouses across the country. A. Most sessions are designed for attendees of all learning levels. Exceptions include the Essentials pre-conference workshop series, which are designed for beginners to 340B, as well as two Tuesday contract pharmacy sessions. The session “Introduction to Contract Pharmacy” serves as a beginner counterpart to the more advanced “Contract Pharmacy Operations: A Deeper Dive” session.
A. The conference will not be recording sessions, but selected presentation slides will be available to view via the conference app (restrictions apply, login required).
A. Attendees will be able to take notes in the conference mobile app (login required).
A. While the 340B Coalition Conference Planning Team cannot guarantee that slides will be available before presentations, we expect most will be.
A. Discounted blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina and other close-by hotels for conference attendees. Attendees must register for conference before they can receive the link to book their room. Details on how to make their reservation will be emailed to attendees after they register.
